POLITICS
This is History (587)
If love of country is a crime, then I am a criminal.
Sentiments have no place in imparting Justice and doing politics
It is now clear that sentiments have no place in imparting Justice and
doing politics. One has to go by facts and be hard hearted in both.
Politics - no more a commitment !
Gone are the days when Politics used to be a mission and politicians
used to live upto their commitment. It has now become opportunism and
sheer business for many.
Recent Elections and Corrections
...
Congress is in a fix!!!
It's like a Bowler bowling a six!
It's EVM objections are circumstantial !!
The EVM Nay-Sayers don't have any proof that's substantial!!
They are just firing in the dark!!
Their desperation is so very stark!!
Moiley, Diggy, Amrinder, Ramiah and Tiwari at odds with each other!!
And no comments from RaGa or his Mother!!
Ramiah and Amrinder say in their States EVMs were fair!!
Its only in States where they lose that EVMs are unfair!
Both Scindia and Pilot have lost face!
Scindia's Aunt has shown both their place!!
Both were sure of winning in Rajasthan!!
But Congress ended up in doosra sthaan!
Maybe Rahul will now find a new Saathi in Lok Sabha!!
Upto now in Lok Sabha always found Scindia seated with The Baba!
After Assam debacle Gogoi Jr was pushed away!!
The Baba gels with only winners they say!!
But isn't he the King of 'total rout'!!
Most of India will agree without a doubt!!
In Karnataka BJP has to pull up its socks!!
If in the State elections wants Congress to loose its Jocks (undies....notional
for lose badly)!!
In MP Congress retained its seat!!
So Congress winning is no great feat !!
AAP lost face and MCD will be a rout!!
AAP is moving to extinction and this will be clear in the next electoral
bout!
Protesters slapping a CRPF Jawan has got Indians hopping mad!!
In anger he could have shot the slapper so kudos to this CRPF lad!
Keeping cool in such trying circumstances!!
When around you madness literally dances!
And now the Fauj there have found an innovative way!
To curtail Stoners a Army Jeep had tied up a Stone Pelter in front of
Jeep for display!
Innovation is a must!!
When without any causality madness you want to bust!!
In fact why not tie the Hurriyat Leaders in front of Jeeps!!
If this took place the pics would be for keeps (memorabilia)!!
Even his worst Detractors are in awe!
Such actions from Yogi they never foresaw!
Aki has gone underground!!
Maya is nowhere to be found!!
Mulayam now thinks before he does yap!!
His rustic wisecracks used to be 'on tap'!!
FI's need to get accounts self certified!!
Blocking of account if order is defied!
It's to meet the FATCA compliance!!
Keeping tabs on Overseas holdings of US citizens there is an Alliance!!
US will reciprocate in ample measure!!!
To tackle hush-hush overseas accounts a apt countermeasure!!
Laws are getting stricter every year!!
Total transparency in movement of money is very near!!
Confucius says...Soon you will pay a steep premium for movement of
2 number paisa!!
Bahut jaldi ho jaye ga aisa!!!

" Death sentence to Jadhav ; what next ? "
Sushma Swaraj warned Pakistan : "Sabak ke liye tayyar raho "
Teaching lessons to Pakistan? What are the available options? Approaching
Pak's Supreme Court with an appeal, diplomatic pressure, Entebbe style,
Surgical strike or God forbid, the nuclear strike? Kulbhushan Jhadav's
trial was a charade without providing Consular access to him. More serious
is Pak's failure in providing him legal assistance through a defence
counsel. India must do whatever is considered holistically appropriate
from security angle. But, take swift action-- In hours, days, but, not
week. Country is outraged at the gravest provocations. Approaching ICJ,
UNO or showing a cry-baby face to the US, USSR and the world-at-large,
will hit country's dignity in the comity of nations. All soft options.
Following pro- active steps need be taken :
( i) Revive active support to Balochistan's freedom movement. PM Modi
has not taken follow-up action after the historic announcements .
(ii) India's candy floss diplomacy is irrelevant in the given circumstances.
Dialogue with Pak's elected govt. would be meaningless. Pak's civilian
govt. is irrelevant;
(iii) Let the Indian army talk to their Pakistani counterparts in the
language, they would understand. It is time for retaliation;
(iv) Arrest all Hurriyat leaders, the Abdullahs, Junaid Mattu, Mustafa
Kamal of National Conference and their supporters. And, of course, the
stone -pelters. No kid-glove treatment for them;
(v) Shame to Indian pro-Pak liberals, sympathizers, peaceniks, who chose
to sip ' chai on April 11, 2017, with Abdul Basit, Pak's high commissioner,
who has been consistently justifying death sentence to Jadhav. No room
for Track-II diplomacy; (vi) Belgium has alerted against more 26/11
type terror attacks in India;
(vii) India must declare Pakistan a terror state, before appealing to
other countries do the same;
(viii) Issue travel advisory to Indians for taking necessary precautions
during business trips to countries neighbouring Pakistan. Getting close
to international borders could invite abductions by Pak army.

Look for synergy
It is important to look for synergy, and see if merging Secretary level
posts will help. A number of Secretaries are over worked as well.
