Majboori ka doorsa nam--

After having our lunch at Gyani ka Dhaba...my Respected Friend.....Retired Senior Bureaucrat.... dozed off....as we reached Chandigarh he woke up and we decided to stop for Coffees at a Coffee Shop ...

Respected Friend: Nice sleep after a sumptuous meal...what about you ...
Me: Yes Sir ...tummy full...was feeling drowsy...Coffee will perk me up...wonder how would different sections react to the situation Major Gogoi faced in the Valley...he thought 'out of the box' and job was done without any bloodshed...he could have ordered firing which would have caused bloodshed....
RF: Well.... Lootens Fauji..... Army should have let itself get stoned LRC by the Pelters ...God knows what they would have thrown...and then served them Badha Khaana...ceremonial meal in the Army...Lootens Media.... Gogoi should have tied himself in front of the Jeep.....
M: Lootens Fauji?????
RF: Faujis do not criticize any action by the Fauj... a retired Lt. General having AAP leanings ......commented adversely about what Maj Gogoi did ..either he's bitter with the Army ...or he's the new recruit by Lootens Gang....latest recruit after Gurmehar Kaur....after all... who better to criticise the Army than a Retired Lt. Gen....
M: They are all criticising Maj Gogoi.. ..he should in fact be commended ...
RF: The Zealots can use any weapon in the Valley ...but our Army cannot even use Pellet Guns ....and then it's being asked ....how are the Zealots getting bolder...rather than realizing ....in being humane to Zealots inhumaness our Fauj is forced to compromise!
RF: And now he has competition ...Kejri is the new kid on the bak-bak block...
M: Is Property Tax an unfair Tax..... isn't offering to withdraw a justifiable and much needed Tax just sheer ....bribing the Voter..
RF: Majboori is doosra naam of Kejri.... he knows if AAP loses Delhi ...his political career will be over ...
M: Now Sir I think post MCD thrashing he may come into his old Avtar and start disconnecting all Metres ....direct Bijli and no bills.. .slogan...only AAP can electrocute DISCOMS....for you....

As we reach the outskirts of Delhi....RF : End of journey joke...ironical one ..Pseudos keep shouting in 2014 Modi got only 38% of Vote...and today Abdullah who just got 3.8% vote is their hero..

There will be no Secretary from Orissa

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs is working without a Secretary. In the past, the MoTA had two Secretaries from Orissa Cadre - Ms Meena Gupta and GB Mukherjee. Both had done excellent job for drafting and implementation of the famous Forest Rights Act. Being from Orissa which had many tribals, these Secretaries could do well. I think another Secretary from Orissa cadre will be of great help to MoTA.

Transfer of RTI Application to several PIOs

A complaint was filed with the CIC alleging that the information sought was not provided and the complainant’s RTI application was transferred to several CPIOs who did not revert in a positive way. The CIC advised the public authority to desist from these kinds of practices which defeats the very purpose and motive of the RTI Act.

Comments

It is a common practice in the headquarters of many organisations to transfer the RTI applications received at their end to different sub-ordinate offices carelessly. Such a blind redirection of the RTI applications needs to be curbed as the same is not envisaged under the Act.
