Khwairakpam Pratap Singh, on return from deputation to the Ministry of Power, has been posted on Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
