Robert L Chongthu has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare, while Gopal Meena was made Secretary to Governor and Mohd Sohel is now Secretary, General Administration. Besides, Shailendra Kumar has been appointed as District Collector, Lakhisarai in Bihar.
