Transfer - major cause of worry

It is not possible for us being a women , and in the country like India, to ask our husbands to leave their business or jobs and shift with us to a new place. Our children life gets horrified just because of this transfer. We sacrifice our future and don’t take promotion just because of transfers, still we are transferred. We look after our in laws and to play a major part at home with families. It’s getting impossible for us to survive and be self dependent just because of transfers.
