17 CSS officers promoted to Deputy Secretary grade

As many as 17 officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) have been transferred after promotion to Deputy Secretary grade in Government of India. Accordingly, Anindya Bhattacharya was posted to DoPT while Arun Sobti was appointed to Coal and Manoj Kumar Gupta is moved to Coal. Similarly, Sanjay Kuamr has been appointed to Rural Development; Harendra Kuamr Mallick to Mines; Uday Narayan Sinha to Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation; Madan Mohan Pandey to UPSC; Imran Farid to UPSC; A Mala Rangarajan to Minority Affairs; Vijay Kuamr to Panchayati Raj; Lalan Prasad Sharma to Food & PUblic Distribution; Rama Marwaha to Women & Child Development; Sanjay Arora to Skill Development & Entrepreneruship; Jasbir Singh to Economic Affairs; Hemant K Srivastava to Social Justice & Empowerment; Sharda Sharma to UPSC and Purendu Kant was posted to Textiles.
