23 ISS officers get new postings

Around two dozen officers of Indian Statistical Service (ISS) have been transferred and posted to different places. Accordingly, Bandana Sen has been appointed as DDG, RO, FOD, NSSO, MoSPI, Agartala while P Manickam was made DDG, Textiles Ministry and M M Singh is DDG, RO, FOD, NSSO, MoSPI, Imphal.
