28 officers promoted to CCIT grade

As many as 28 officers have been promoted to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. The officers are: Virendra Singh, Pradeep Kumar Ambashtha, Pushpinder Singh Puniha, Ashim Kumar, Himalini Kashyap, Sassekala Nair, Ashok Kumar Satapathy, Om Prakash Mehra, Mahalingam Veerappalam, Ajay Pal Singh, Medisetti Tirumala Kumar, Manoj Kumar Dubey, Narender Singh, Rananjay Singh, Harish Kumar,  Bharatendu Pratap Singh, Pramod Nangia, J B Mahapatra, Anjali Tewari, Nilimesh Baruah, Gadi Venugpalala Rao, Anu J Singh, Shefali Shah, Chitta Ranjan Pati, R I S Gill, Geetmala Mohananey, Nitya Nand Mishra and Praveen Verma.
