3 Ind. Directors join Praxis Home Retail board

Rahul Gambhir and Chetranda Somanna Muddaiah have been appointed as Independent Directors of Praxis Home Retail Limited, commencing June 13, 2026. Meanwhile, Mahesh Meenakshisundaram has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company, effective July 3, 2026.
