7th CPC awards not for Gallantry awardees of def. forces drawing monetary allowance in isolation
The 7th CPC provisions in case of Armed Forces Pensioners/Family pensioners who were drawing service pension/family pension including Disability Pension and War Injury Pension as on January 1, 2016 do not apply to those Gallantry awardees drawing monetary allowance in isolation attached to the award
The 7th CPC provisions in case of Armed Forces Pensioners/Family pensioners who were drawing service pension/family pension including Disability Pension and War Injury Pension as on January 1, 2016 do not apply to those Gallantry awardees drawing monetary allowance in isolation attached to the award such as Param Vir Chakra and Ashok Chakra.
