AM Braun appointed as Chairman, ABB Power Products and Systems India Ltd.

Achim Michael Braun and lsmo Antero Haka have been appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Non-Independent) - nominee of Hitachi ABB Power Grids Limited, Promoter - of ABB Power Products and Systems India Limited. Braun has also been appointed as the Chairman. Meanwhile, Frank Duggan and Sanjeev Sharma have resigned from the posts of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Directors of the company.
