Apprehension over inordinate delay in appointment of PESB Chairman growing

There is growing apprehension among the technocrats, due to inordinate delay in appointment of Chairman, Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). A large number of vacancies are either arising or posts lying vacant in various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
