IAS Yashaswini B, a 2020 batch AGMUT Cadre officer currently serving as Deputy commissioner of East Kameng and IAS Kunal Yadav, a 2021 batch AGMUT cadre officer currently serving as Deputy commissioner of Longding are the youngest Collector in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
