Avanish Kumar Mishra has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances for an overall tenure of five years, by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of DS/Director level for an initial period of two years. He is a 2000 batch ISS officer.
