Axis Bank appoints former SEBI member Ananth Narayan as Addl. Director

Ananth Narayan G has been appointed Additional Independent Director of Axis Bank Limited. Narayan served as a Whole-Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from October 2022 to October 2025, handling policy, enforcement and adjudication matters across securities markets and related areas. He previously spent 25 years in global financial markets, holding senior roles at Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank and Citibank across South Asia and ASEAN.
