Baba Arts reshuffles board: Upadhyay takes Chairman role, Vidya Pishe named MD

Chandres Dutt Upadhyay has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director, while Ms. Vidya Pishe has been appointed Managing Director on the Board of Baba Arts Limited. Besides, Eknath Bade has been appointed Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Ms. Neeru Saini has been named Non-Executive Independent Director and Hardeep Darshan Singh Sangha has been made Executive Director.

Meanwhile, Nikhil G. Tanwani has resigned as Chairman and Managing Director, Malavika A. Acharya as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Shekhar Mennon and Hemraj Chheda as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the company.
