BBS Tomar appointed CBE, Northern Railway

Brij Bhushan Singh Tomar, who is presently posted in Northern Railway (NR), has been appointed as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineer (IRSE) officer.
