Bijaya Kumar Rath, presently serving as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME), South Central Railway (SCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
