CBIC grants Non-Functional Upgradation to 13 IRS officers

The CBIC has approved the grant of Non-Functional Upgradation in the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) i.e. grade of Principal Commissioner to 13 officers ofIRS(C&IT) 1999 batch, with effect from March31, 2026. They are-Pankaj Dwivedi, Ashima Bansal, Pai Giridhar Gopalkrishan, Tiju T., Manish Mani Tiwari,Sachin Jain, Satyajit Mohanty, Reyaz Ahmad, Dhirendra Lal, Rahul Ramesh Nangare, A. S. Meenalochani, Sophia Martin and Mahfuzur Rahman.
