Chhattisgarh Governor flags off six REC-supported Mobile Medical Units

Under the CSR initiative of REC Limited, Governor of Chhattisgarh, Ramen Deka, flagged off six Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), worth Rs.7.21 Crore, at Lok Bhawan, Chhattisgarh, on August 15.

The flag-off ceremony was held in the presence of Satyaban Sahoo, Chief Project Manager (CPM), Regional Office Raipur, REC Limited, along with officials from REC Limited and the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Chhattisgarh.

Through this CSR initiative, REC Limited aims to bridge healthcare gaps and strengthen last-mile healthcare delivery in underserved areas of Chhattisgarh, bringing essential services closer to communities. The initiative reflects REC Limited’s commitment to inclusive and sustainable development and contributes to the vision of a healthier and more inclusive Viksit Bharat.
