DAM Capital Advisors Ltd appoints Dhvanil Dharia as Whole-Time Director

Dhvanil Sanjiv Dharia has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (WTD) of DAM Capital Advisors Limited with effect from August 11, 2026. Meanwhile, Natarajan Srinivasan will cease to be Independent Director of the company upon completion of his tenure on August 18, 2026.
