Devendra Kumar Saini has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (Deputy Secretary level), Central Mental Health Authority (CMHA), New Delhi, under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, on deputation basis, for a period of four years. He is a 2015 batch officer of Indian Telecom Service (ITS).
