Dr Komal Kapoor takes over as Chief Executive, Nuclear Fuel Complex

Dr Komal Kapoor is the new Chief Executive of Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC). He assumed charge of the post following superannuation of Dr Dinesh Srivastava. Dr Kapoor, who was holding the position of Additional Chief Executive, NFC, will also head the NFC Board. He is also an adjunct professor at the Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), Mumbai and guest faculty at the University of Hyderabad (UoH). A metallurgical engineer from the Punjab University, Dr Kapoor is the recipient of many Honours and prestigious awards and had a pivotal role in manufacture and supply of a variety of seamless tubes for the strategic applications of departments of atomic energy, space and defence.
