ELSN Bala Prasad relieved to join as OSD to President of India

ELSN Bala Prasad has been relieved as Departmental Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar to join duty as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of the President of India. He is an IAS officer of 1986 batch of Bihar cadre. (We  said this in July 24, 2017)
