Equitas Small Finance Bank names Balaji Nuthalapadi as interim CEO

Balaji Nuthalapadi has been appointed as the interim chief executive officer of the Equitas Small Finance Bank. Balaji has been appointed after the resignation of PN Vasudevan earlier last week.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Balaji Nuthalapadi has over 28 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services and in setting up running Global Capability Centers. He is serving as the Executive Director - Technology and Operations, Equitas Small Finance Bank, Chennai. His appointment is yet to be ratified by the Reserve Bank of India.
