Four ICAS officers posted after promotion to STS

Four Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) officers of the 2018 batch have been posted as Deputy Controller of Accounts on promotion to Senior Time Scale (STS). Accordingly, Himanshu Srivastava has been posted to Ministry of Finance, New Delhi; Vikas Singh to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, New Delhi; Ms Samya Bhushan to Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and Afsal Hameed to Department of Commerce & Textiles, Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi.
