GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd re-appoints Bhushan Akshikar as MD

Bhushan Akshikar has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals Limited for a term of two years with effect from December 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Subesh Williams has stepped down as Non-Executive Director with effect from August 3, 2026. Further, Ms. Karine J. F. Natland will be appointed as Non-Executive Director on the Board with effect from August 3, 2026 or upon obtaining DIN, whichever is later.
