Goverdhan Kumar shifted to Chittaranjan Locomotive Works

Goverdhan Kumar, who is presently posted in East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
