Helpless DGP could not initiate action against SPs, targets SHOs

In UP, DGP Rajeev Krishna seems to be a helpless boss. If sources are to be believed he wanted to take action against half a dozen SPs against whom complaints were found correct but before he could initiate the action the CMO reportedly intervened and ultimately the DGP took action against about a dozen SHOs against whom the complaints were pending. It is said that the DGP , in a private chat, reportedly said, "Look at my position, I am now DGP of SHOs."
