IAF Chief's first-priority statement

The change in IAF leadership comes at a critical time for fighter-force modernisation. The emphasis on Tejas, AMCA and squadron-strength restoration provides an indication of the new Chief's immediate capability-development priorities. It does not, by itself, constitute a new procurement sanction.
