Jharkhand: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS Utkarsh Gupta, a 2017-batch officer currently serving as Deputy Commissioner of Koderma, and IAS Abhijeet Sinha, a 2018-batch officer currently serving as Deputy Commissioner of Dumka, are the youngest District Collectors in the state of Jharkhand. Both officers were born in 1993.
