JSW Dulux appoints Bahram Navroz Vakil as Ind. Director

Bahram Navroz Vakil has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of JSW Dulux Limited. A law graduate from the University of Bombay and an LLM from Columbia University, he is a founding partner of AZB & Partners and has been practising as a solicitor in India since 1986. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of BASF India, Tata Investment Corporation and Trent.
