Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya appointed Acting CJ of Calcutta HC

Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya, senior-most Judge of Calcutta High Court will be performing the duties of the Office of the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court with effect from October 25, 2017 consequent upon the retirement of Justice Rakesh Tiwari, Acting Chief Justice, Calcutta High Court.
