Kalandan Mohammed Haris Mukka Proteins Ltd re-appoints as MD & CEO

Kalandan Mohammed Haris has been re-appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of Mukka Proteins Limited with effect from January 20, 2027. Meanwhile, Kalandan Mohammed Althaf has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, while Kalandan Mohammad Arif has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company. The company has also re-appointed Karkala Shankar Balachandra Rao, Hamad Bava and Narendra Surendra Kamath as Non-Executive Independent Directors for second terms of five consecutive years commencing from January 15, 2027.
