Ms. Shruti Sethi has been appointed as Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of Kalpa Commercial Limited. She is also holding the position as Additional Director/ Director at Awaana Health Private Limited and is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at HDFC ERGO General Insurance.
