Dr Vishwas Mehta, Chief Secretary of Kerala, was overwhelmed with an unexpected gift presented by the Chief Postmaster General (CPMG) of Kerala during a courtesy call. The gift was a five-rupee postal ticket carrying his photo with Kurinji flowers blossomed only in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
