Security cover has been tightened around Lutyens’ Delhi, the seat of the Central government, Areas near the Nirvachan Sadan, Parliament have been converted into a fortress. Due to this heavy security deployment and restriction on movement, nearby areas also face big traffic jams during the day time. This is the situation for the last one week.
