Lux Industries Ltd re-appoints Independent Directors

Sadhu Ram Bansal, Shashi Sharma and Kumud Chandra Paricha Patnaik have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of Lux Industries Limited years with effect from April 1, 2027. Earlier, Sadhu Ram served as Chairman at Corporation Bank from 2015 to 2016 and at Corpbank Securities Ltd., Executive Director at Punjab National Bank from 2012 to 2013, Non-Executive Director at PNB Gilts Ltd. He was also the honorary Secretary at Indian Banks' Association, and Member-Governing Council at Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

Shashi Sharma also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd (since 2017) and Lux Industries Ltd (since 2024). He has also worked as Chief Treasury & Investment Officer at IFCI Ltd.

Kumud Chandra Paricha Patnaik is a retired Indian Revenue Service Officer and a practicing advocate (LLB) and Corporate Advisor. He started his career as a Lecturer in English and then joined IRS and retired as a Director General of Income Tax Investigation
