Major reshuffle of IPS officers in Delhi

As many as 41 IPS officers have been transferred in Delhi in major reshuffle. 1994-batch officer Garima Bhatnagar has been appointed Special Commissioner, EOW and MD, DPHCL, while 1996-batch officer Manish Agrawal has been transferred as Special Commissioner, and Ajay Chaudhary has been given the responsibility of Special Commissioner, Traffic.

Likewise, David Lalrinsanga has been given additional charge of SPUWAC and SPUNER, along with his responsibilities as Special Commissioner, Operations (PCR & Communication).

Atul Katiyar has been shifted from Vigilance and appointed Special Commissioner, Welfare & Legal Division.

K. Jagadesan has been given the responsibility of Special Commissioner, Intelligence Division.

Vivek Kishore, who has been transferred from Arunachal Pradesh, was appointed as Special Commissioner, SPUWAC & Licensing.

Ms Sindhu Pillai will join as Special CP, Vigilance & Perception Management and Media Cell.

Ms Suman Goel has been appointed as Jt CP, Western Range. Rajnesh Gupta will join as Joint Commissioner, Transport Range; Jatin Narwal as Jt CP, Special Branch; Milind Mahadeo Dumbere as Jt CP, Eastern Range; Deepak Purohit as Jt CP/Licensing; Ms Nupur Prasad as Jt CP/New Delhi Range; Ajay Krishan Sharma as Jt CP/HQ; Ms Monica Bharadwaj as Addl CP/Crime; A Koan as Addl CP/HQ Pers; Sanjay Bhatia as Addl CP/IFSO and Dinesh Kumar Gupta is now Addl CP/DPHCL.

Further, Ms Varsha Sharma was posted as Addl CP/EOW; Ms Pratiksha Godara as Addl CP/Traffic (HQ); Jitendra Kumar Meena as Addl CP/Vigilance; Nidhin Valsan as Addl CP/Special Branch; AK Lall as DCP/GA; Raja Banthia as DCP/Tech & PI; Hemant Tewari as DCP/Special Branch; Vineet Kumar as DCP/South East District; Manjeet as Addl CP-I/New Delhi District and Ms Niharika Bhatt gets the responsibility as DCP/North District.

Among other IPS officers shifted include Ms Geetanjali Khandelwal who is posted as Addl DCP-I/Shahdara; Satyawan Gautam as DCP/PCR & Operations; Sachin Singhal as DCP/Traffic; Ms Taushree as Addl DCP-I/Rohini; Pukhraj Kamal Gupta as Addl DCP-I/North District; Lokeswaran R as Addl DCP-I/Outer North District; Gaurav Tyagi as DCP/IFSO; Angad Mehta as Addl DCP-I/Central; Ms Utkarsha as Addl DCP-I/South East District; Ms Shweta Chauhan as DCP/Traffic and R Subhash has been posted as DCP/4th BN.
