Manish Kumar is now Head of DoT's UP (East) LSA

Manish Kumar has been appointed as the Head of the Uttar Pradesh (East) Licensed Service Area (LSA) of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, Government of India. He is currently serving as the Additional Director General (Telecom) and heads the UP (East) LSA headquartered in Lucknow.

The UP (East) LSA is one of the key field units of the Department of Telecommunications, responsible for regulating telecom services, ensuring network security, monitoring service quality, and implementing Digital India initiatives across 48 districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The office also plays a vital role in spectrum monitoring, disaster communication preparedness, and strengthening the region's digital infrastructure.
