Mervin Alexander, currently Joint Secretary in Government of India, will soon be joining as Chief Postmaster General West Bengal, Sikkim & Andamans. He was functioning as Govt nominee Director in three PSUs viz, IREL, UCIL, ECIL. He was also a Governing Council Member of Tata Memorial Centre (Cancer Hospital) a DAE institution. He is a 1987 batch officer of Indian Postal Service.
