Minor reshuffle of IPS officers in Karnataka

As many as five IPS officers including Mrs Roopa, who exposed grave corruption in Bengaluru jail, have been transferred and posted to different places in Karntaka. Accordingly, M N Reddi has been appointed as DGP, Anti Corruption Bureau, Bengaluru while N S Megharikh was posted as ADG, Prisoins, Bengaluru and Dr A S N Murthy is made ADG, Forest Cell. Similarly, Amrit Paul has been appointed as DG, Intelligence, Bengaluru and Mrs D Roopa is posted as DIG & Commissioner for Traffic & Road Safety, Bengaluru.
