Modi and Khare join DoT HQ

Harshit Modi, who was transferred from MP LSA, has joined the DoT HQ as Director in SA division. He is an ITS officer. Jitendra Khare has also reported to the HQ and posted as DDG(BTU). Both are ITS officers. Khare is a SAG level officer.
