Mrs Shikha Sharma, MD & CEO of Axis Bank’s service tenure revised

Axis bank MD & CEO Shikha Sharma had requested the Bank’s Board to reconsider the period of her re-appointment as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank from  June 1, 2018 upto  December 31, 2018. The Board has accepted her said request, subject to the approval of the RBI.The Bank’s Board had earlier decided to re-appoint Mrs Shikha Sharma as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a period of three years w.e.f. June 1, 2018, subject to receipt of requisite approvals.
