Ms Kim Joan, Rajendra Pawar join Maxgrow India board

Ms. Kim Joan and Rajendra Eknath Pawar have been appointed as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors of Maxgrow India Limited. Ms. Joan has over 10 years of experience in metals and commodities trading, with expertise in international markets, supply chain management and risk mitigation and held leadership positions at international firms dealing in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Meanwhile, Pawar has over 20 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, litigation management, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. He is currently Deputy General Manager – Legal at The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited and has experience representing companies before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities.
