Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd re-appoints Dinesh Oswal as MD

Dinesh Oswal has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Nahar Capital and Financial Services Limited for a further term of five years commencing January 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Dr. Yash Paul Sachdeva and Dr. Rajan Dhir have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of the company, effective August 24, 2027.
