Narayan K. Seshadri takes over as United Spirits Chairman

Narayan K. Seshadri has been appointed as Chairperson of United Spirits Limited with effect from October 17, 2026, following the completion of V. K. Viswanathan’s second term as Independent Director. A Chartered Accountant and business transformation leader, Seshadri has over four decades of experience across manufacturing, financial services, retail and technology. He is the founder of Tranzmute and has held leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, including leading its Business Consulting practice and serving on its Global CEO Council.
