Navy signs MoU with Central University of Kerala

The Indian Navy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Central University of Kerala (CUK) at the Naval War College, Goa. The pact enhances academic collaboration, research exchange and higher studies in International Relations and Maritime Affairs for naval officers. It was signed by Prof VB Sameer (Registrar, CUK), Commander Kalesh Mohanan (Officer-in-Charge, Naval History Division) and witnessed by senior Navy and CUK officials. The partnership advances the Navy’s commitment to academic excellence and institutional synergy.
