Nilotpal Dey transferred to South Eastern Railway

Nilotpal Dey, who is presently serving in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
