Nine IAS officers promoted to Special Secretary Grade in Bihar
As many as nine IAS officers of the 2010 batch in Bihar have been promoted to Special Secretary Grade. The officers are: Rajiv Roshan, Kaushal Kishore, Kanwal Tanuj, Chandrashekhar Singh, Mrs Rachna Patil, Avnish Kumar Singh, Animesh Kumar Parashar, Raj Kumar and Himanshu Kumar Rai.
